Flickr refuses proper attribution on their own blog, removes pic from post
Flickr used Dave Bullock’s pic on their blog. When he nicely asked them to give proper attribution by using his real name and not his user name in the post, Heather refused and then removed the pic from the post. The photo was under the CC BY-NC-SA license.
