Flickr used Dave Bullock’s pic on their blog. When he nicely asked them to give proper attribution by using his real name and not his user name in the post, Heather refused and then removed the pic from the post. The photo was under the CC BY-NC-SA license.

That sounds like an awesome tip. I’m definitely going to try it out next time.
The technique that I’ve developed was pretty simple, the capture button is just above where the “home” physical button is located, so I would feel for the real button and move slightly above it. It would work maybe half the time.
